I waited thirty years to get the heart of my home, my kitchen renovated so happy with the heavenly results. Brian Madrid not only listened to what I wanted but he gave me his opinion and design ideas/direction throughout the renovation process. He made sure the patterned granite sheet was perfection in the color and smoothness for my counter tops. He found a better price for the Luxury Vinyl flooring and immediately purchased it. I gave him a photo of the style banister (horizontal metal) that I wanted and when we couldn't find one comparable Madrid’s welded a custom banister themselves to fit my design, space and budget. Due to design layout issues by the cabinet company, Brian and his team jumped into action adjusting several cabinets to fit a tight space as well as adding 6” length to my wall to accommodate the layout. All the time keeping me within budget. The entire Madrid Contracting Team were professionals and they even worked keeping the house and walkways tidy during renovation. I soon learned that my kitchen was the start of the things that needed repairing. My roof and deck also needed attention. The final total on the contract IS THE FINAL TOTAL (unless you ask for extra work). He had ideas and shared them with us which helped turn our project into what it is now.
