Madrid’s Contracting is a “Top Tier Contractor” working for The Housing Authority Baltimore City (HABC) and District of Columbia Housing Authority (DCHA). We currently have a 5-year contract to provide “Vacant Unit Make Ready Renovation” services successfully renovating literally hundreds of Section-8 single and multi-family units.
