Madrid Contracting did an exceptional job coordinating and installation of pre-purchased custom cabinetry and then proceeded renovating my entire kitchen! Their price was very good as well as their workmanship speaks for itself. As a retired Museum Designer, 30+ years, I have worked with some of the best carpentry, fabrication and installation professionals in the business and Madrid Contracting has top-notch professionals. Yes, I am extremely picky with my design background. I know what I want, and Madrid’s made it happen. I waited thirty years to get the heart of my home, my kitchen renovated so happy with the heavenly results. Brian Madrid not only listened to what I wanted but he gave me his opinion and design ideas/direction throughout the renovation process. He made sure the patterned granite sheet was perfection in the color and smoothness for my counter tops. He found a better price for the Luxury Vinyl flooring and immediately purchased it. I gave him a photo of the style banister (horizontal metal) that I wanted and when we couldn't find one comparable Madrid’s welded a custom banister themselves to fit my design, space and budget. Due to design layout issues by the cabinet company, Brian and his team jumped into action adjusting several cabinets to fit a tight space as well as adding 6” length to my wall to accommodate the layout. All the time keeping me within budget. The entire Madrid Contracting Team were professionals and they even worked keeping the house and walkways tidy during renovation. I am blown away by the heart of my home my new kitchen and I highly, Highly, recommend Madrid Contracting for all your remodel needs!

I had damage to my kitchen where the prior contractor took short cuts. I interviewed several contractors to fix this problem, but Madrid's contracting had the most complete solution. I soon learned that my kitchen was the start of the things that needed repairing. My roof and deck also needed attention. The final total on the contract IS THE FINAL TOTAL (unless you ask for extra work). He had ideas and shared them with us which helped turn our project into what it is now. His workers are courteous, professional, and clean up after themselves. The work they do is spot on. I know this is supposed to stay just business but during the process, my wife's sister passed away. Mr. Madrid was kind and compassionate. He worked with us during our time of grief. Even though he had other projects, he scheduled us when WE were ready. Madrid's Contracting is one of those companies you will call years down the road for your next home renovation. Would I recommend them? Yes, Highly.
